Who We Are
Ponte is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer and mat training, with private sessions available for more focused instruction. Our schedule also includes barre, TRX, yoga, and recovery services, all offered under one roof.
We believe Pilates builds lasting strength, improves how you move, and creates a strong foundation for everything else you do outside of the studio.

Our group mat classes follow the principles and foundations of Pilates, building from movement, terminology, breath, alignment, and control. Explore different levels, styles, and challenges as you progress through your practice.

Our small group reformer classes build on the Pilates method through the use of the apparatus, adding resistance and support while challenging strength, control, mobility, and coordination. Choose from a variety of class styles and levels as you progress through your practice.

Bespoke Pilates sessions in a private one-on-one or duet setting. Private sessions can be supportive for rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal movement, mobility, returning to movement after injury, athletic performance, active aging, balance, strength, and more. Each session is designed to meet your individual needs and experience.

Our introductory classes are a great place to begin. You’ll learn the basic movements, terminology, and principles of Pilates while getting comfortable with the class format.

Mat Pilates uses your body weight and small props to build strength, control, mobility, and body awareness. Reformer Pilates uses the apparatus to add resistance and support, creating new ways to challenge the body.

Not necessarily. We offer different class levels and styles, including options for beginners. If you’re completely new to Pilates, we recommend starting with an introductory or beginner-friendly class.

Comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely is best. Grip socks are required for reformer classes.
